1. When will my credit card be processed?
All credit card information is secured. Your credit card will be charged when availability of the items you have ordered is confirmed.
2. How will I know if my selection is available and how long will it take to receive my dress?
We have many dresses online that are in stock and will be shipped within 1 day. Should a dress not be in stock you will be notified via e-mail if your selcection is available and the approximate date your item will be shipped to you. Should the shipping date change, you will be notified. We ship through United Parcel Service and they operate on a Monday through Friday schedule. Weekends are not inclulded in shipping days.
3. What is your "Low Price Guarantee!"?
We guarantee that our prices are the lowest on the web! If you do find one of our dresses available for purchase on another website for a lower price (including coupons) we will match it! Simply call us and tell us where to find the dress at a lower price when you place your order, we will verify the price and then we will match it. If you already purchased the dress from us contact us within five days from the date of purchase. Let us know where you found it for less We will verify the price and then we will match it (we will issue store credit or refund the difference to the account used to pay for the dress).
Our Low Price Guarantee! applies to dresses available for purchase from another online store with secure online order processing at their regular price. If the dress on the site is marked as Sale, Clearance, Special, or other specially priced items, the guarantee does not apply. We do not honor errors on other sites. Items found on internet Auction sites are also invalid. Shipping charges applied by the competitor website will also be included when we verify the price (Other sites may discount dresses and make up the difference with excessive shipping and handling fees). To verify prices we must be able to find the dress, price, and shipping and handling fees on the website.
4. Why don't you accept dress or shoe returns or cancellations?
Since we special order your dress in the size and color you choose we cannot accept returns or cancellations because we would be overstocked with inventory. Sizing charts are available on the site, so be sure that you have ordered the correct size, many dresses are easily altered by a local seamstress. If you need advice on alterations, please call us, we will be glad to help you. Remember, most gowns are made for girls that are 5'8", so most gowns will need some form of alteration. Shoes are also special order items and as such can not be returned or cancelled.
5. What is the best way to measure for a gown?
Be sure to keep the tape comfortably loose when measuring. Measure your bust over the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your back. Hold the measuring tape at the smallest part of your waistline. Measure your hips around the fullest part of your body, placing the tape about midway between your crotch and belly button.
6. Do you accept returns on sportswear?
We allow returns on sportswear, but the item must be received within 10 days of you receiving it. Please write on outside of box, 'sportswear return' and include your Order number.
7. Why don't I see some pictures on your web site?
Our web site is enhanced for Internet Explorer 6x, Netscape Navigator 7x, and Opera 6x or higher. Please be sure you have the latest version of your web browser installed on your computer to properly view the site.

8. I used a debit card, why did the charge appear on my bank statement before the item was shipped?
The bank handling the credit card transactions freezes the funds of debit card users for 10 days. After 10 days if the card is not processed the funds are returned to the customer by the bank.
9. What credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. At this time we do not accept American Express.
